Our Commitment
At Jiuchen Qilu Tea, we stand behind the quality of our Pu-erh tea. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Full refund or replacement. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- Quality Concerns: If you believe the tea quality does not match our description, contact us within 14 days. We may request photos or a sample return.
- Change of Mind: Due to the perishable nature of tea, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, unopened packages may be eligible for store credit on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Return
- Email support@jiuxiaotea1.com with your order number and reason
- Include photos if the item is damaged
- Wait for our response (typically within 24 hours)
- If approved, we will provide return instructions or process your refund
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

- Opened tea packages (food safety regulations)
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)
