OEM and Private Label Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs custom tea product manufacturing under your brand name by Jiuxiao Tea Co., Ltd.

2. Intellectual Property

Customers retain rights to brand names, logos, and designs. Jiuxiao Tea retains rights to formulations and processing methods.

3. Order Process

• Sample development: 2-4 weeks
• Bulk production: 2-4 weeks after approval
• 50% deposit at confirmation, 50% before shipping

4. Quality Standards

All OEM products meet same quality standards as branded products. QC reports provided per batch.

5. Minimum Order Quantities

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential.
